Timing
Traffic and weather conditions can affect return times. Please avoid scheduling flights, shows, or reservations too close to the estimated end of the tour.

Ensure your mobile phone is accessible on the morning of your tour. Our drivers contact customers by phone—not email—on the day of departure.

Convenient pickup from 30+ hotels, primarily along the Las Vegas Strip. Once your booking is confirmed, we will contact you to provide your exact pickup time and location.
(If booking within 48 hours of departure, pickup location may vary.)

Drop off times will be from 5:00- 5:30pm back at your pick-up location.

• RECONFIRMATION REQUIRED: All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour one day prior to the tour date by contacting our reservations department at 702-802-9787. Our specialists are available daily from 9:00am to 6:00pm (Pacific Time). 
• Baggage Restrictions – Luggage, large backpacks, suitcases, briefcases, coolers, and alcohol are prohibited on our tour due to security restrictions at the Hoover Dam;  
• Wear sensible shoes. The ground at the Grand Canyon is rough, rocky and uneven. It is important to wear sturdy, toe-covering shoes that can handle rough terrain. Sneakers or hiking boots are highly recommended.
• Vehicle types may vary depends on the number of travelers;
• The Hoover Dam Stop can be before or after the Grand Canyon Tours;
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Select tours may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non- refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund.
