  • RECONFIRMATION REQUIRED: All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour one day prior to the tour date by contacting our reservations department at 702-802-9787. Our specialists are available daily from 9:00am to 6:00pm (Pacific Time). 
  • We charge $35 per child under 2 years old; Over 2 years old, same as adult. 
  • Groups over 13 pax, please email info@itravelusa.net
  • If we cancel due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • Bring your I.D. if you book or intend to book helicopter ride.
  • Luggage, suitcases, briefcases, coolers, and alcohol are prohibited.
  • Vehicle types may vary depending on the number of travelers.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Select tours may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours prior to departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure are non- refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund.

RESTRICTIONS: HELICOPTER RIDES ONLY: Weight Restrictions – Helicopters have a maximum weight capacity. Passengers will be weighed at time of check in. Anyone weighing 300lbs (136.36kg / 21.43 stone) or greater will be charged $350.00 for an additional comfort seat.

  • It is a good idea to eat breakfast and bring snacks.
  • Wear sensible shoes. The ground is rough, rocky and uneven. Sturdy, toe-covering shoes like sneakers or hiking boots are highly recommended.
